How much do you charge for shipping?

We offer free shipping for all UK mainland orders.

When will my order arrive?

All our lamps are sent by courier from our center in the Midlands.

We get it packed up and ready to go on the day of your Luminology purchase (except Saturday & Sunday). Once the parcel has been sent, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can watch it wing its way to your front door. If you order more than one item at the same time, we may send your purchases separately. In that case, we’ll send you a tracking number for each parcel.

Deliveries to UK will normally arrive within 2-3 working days. Delivery to the Republic of Ireland will take 3-5 working days.

I live in Australia, can you deliver a lamp to me?

No worries, we ship our products worldwide. As global delivery costs vary widely, please drop us a line at hello@luminology.co.uk and we’ll send a precise quote for your destination.

What’s Luminology’s returns policy?

If you’re not happy with your purchase for any reason, we’ll give you a full refund. Please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your parcel to let us know you would like to return your item, and we’ll give you an authorisation number and a link for return labels.

Parcels need to be returned to our Midlands office within the next 14 days and we will issue a refund within a week of receiving the item back. Please use the original packaging and include both the authorisation number and a reason for returning the item.

Unfortunately, products bought in our sale cannot be refunded but we can offer an exchange to the equivalent value.

Can I change my 3D LED light for a different design?

Of course. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your parcel and let us know which lamp you’d prefer instead.

If you send your original purchase back to our Midlands office within the following 14 days, we’ll send another one out to you as soon as we receive it. We aim to get a replacement to you within seven working days. Please include the authorisation number in your parcel and use the original packaging.

My lamp is faulty, what should I do?

Luminology is committed to providing the highest quality lighting solutions to its customers. In the unlikely event there is a technical problem with your lamp, we will offer you the option to exchange it or get your money back.

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item and we will send you link for returns label. Once we receive it back in Center, we will send you a replacement or issue a refund within seven working days.

The packaging on my parcel is damaged and I’m worried the lamp is affected. Should I refuse delivery?

Do not accept courier deliveries if you think the packaging looks damaged. We do not accept liability for any damage caused to our products in transit.

Please tell the courier why you will not accept the parcel and if possible, take photos of the packaging and send us an email to report it.

What payment methods do you accept?

Luminology accepts PayPal and all major credit cards as payment. We do not accept bank transfer or cheques.

Is my data protected when I make a purchase?

We use third-party payment gateways on our site and have no direct access to private information related to payment transactions. Any information we collect in relation with your order is strictly secured. Luminology will not share your information with third parties or use it for any purpose without your consent.
