We offer free shipping for all UK mainland. All orders to Republic of Ireland & British Isles will be charged £4.90 per shipment.
All our lamps are sent by courier from our centre in Southampton. We get it packed up and ready to go on the day of your Luminology purchase (except Saturday & Sunday). Once the parcel has been sent, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can watch it wing its way to your front door. If you order more than one item at the same time, we may send your purchases separately. In that case, we’ll send you a tracking number for each parcel.
Deliveries to UK will normally arrive within 48H
No worries, we ship our products worldwide. As global delivery costs vary widely, please drop us a line at email@example.com and we’ll send a precise quote for your destination.
Returns & refunds
Of course. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your parcel and let us know which lamp you’d prefer instead.
If you send your original purchase back to our Midlands office within the following 14 days, we’ll send another one out to you as soon as we receive it. We aim to get a replacement to you within seven working days. Please include the authorisation number in your parcel and use the original packaging.
Luminology is committed to providing the highest quality lighting solutions to its customers. In the unlikely event there is a technical problem with your lamp, we will offer you the option to exchange it or get your money back.
Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item and we will send you a link for a returns label. Once we receive it back in our Centre, we will send you a replacement or issue a refund within seven working days.
Do not accept courier deliveries if you think the packaging looks damaged. We do not accept liability for any damage caused to our products in transit.
Please tell the courier why you will not accept the parcel and if possible, take photos of the packaging and send us an email to report it.
Luminology accepts PayPal and all major credit cards as payment. We do not accept bank transfer or cheques.
We use third-party payment gateways on our site and have no direct access to private information related to payment transactions. Any information we collect in relation with your order is strictly secured. Luminology will not share your information with third parties or use it for any purpose without your consent.
