Led Lamp Returns

If your led light is faulty, please email us a picture (sales@luminology.co.uk) in order to receive a free return label for refund or exchange. Once the item is back and checked in our warehouse we will proceed a full refund or make a new shipment.

If the item isn't faulty and you wish to return your item for any reason, feel free to contact us to obtain your paid return label at the cost of £5. Once the item is back and checked at our warehouse, we will proceed the full refund within 10 days.
