If you’re not happy with your purchase for any reason, we’ll give you a full refund. Please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your parcel to let us know you would like to return your item, and we’ll email you an authorisation number.
Parcels need to be returned to our Midlands office within the next 14 days and we will issue a refund within a week of receiving the item back. Please use the original packaging and include both the authorisation number and a reason for returning the item.
My lamp is faulty, what should I do?
Luminology is committed to providing the highest quality lighting solutions to its customers. In the unlikely event there is a technical problem with your lamp, we will offer you the option to exchange it or get your money back.
Please contact us immediatly when receiving your item with photo of defective product. We will email you a link to return your item.
Once we receive it back in Center, we will send you a replacement or issue a refund within seven working days.
