DELIVERY

All our lamps are sent by courier from our Center in the Midlands

We get them packed up and ready to go within two days of you making your Luminology purchase. Once the parcel has been sent, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can watch it wing its way to your front door. If you order more than one item at the same time, we may send your purchases separately. In that case, we’ll send you a tracking number for each parcel.

Deliveries to UK will normally arrive within 2-3 working days.

RETURN

Please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your parcel to let us know you would like to return your item, and we’ll give you an authorisation number and a link for return labels.
